JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESThe jobholder will be responsible to the Depth Support Maintenance Managerfor support to the following activities:?Maintain a register of all PTT held at KFdAB including their GO-NO-GOgauges whilst ensuring they are uniquely serial numbered and marked iaw TMOI66-67.?Maintain records to show that the scheduled maintenance of all PTT andannual dimension checks of their GO-NO-GO gauges have been completed.?Ensure that QC measures are implemented and samples submitted fortesting?Maintain a record of tradesmen selected for scrutiny during the QCchecks to ensure that all eligible tradesmen are checked within specifiedtimescales.?Be the authorised conditioner of PTT and be the sole authority forapproving all demands for PTT at KFdAB.?Select the type of sample to be produced by the tradesman by specifyingthe tool to be used. Further, ensurethat the full range of PTT used within any organization is selected to producepractitioner samples on a rotational basis.?Ensure that all PTT is inspected and tested annually.?Ensure that all personnel involved with aircraft wiring receive annualAircraft Wiring Husbandry awareness training and carry out random QA checks toensure maintenance of training standards are being upheld.?Highlighting to all aircraft tradesmen through appropriate publicitymaterial, briefings and presentations, examples of wiring and poor maintenancepractices to maintain a high level of awareness of the need for good husbandry.?Maintain records of personnel required to attend annual training orawareness briefings.?Deliver training to RSAF Technicians assigned to the PTT and WiringIntegrity cell.RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATIONThe individual will be required to meetthe following criteria:? A recognisedformal qualification in the field of Aircraft Electrical or Avionicstrade.? Previousexperience of undertaking PTT co-ordination support activities andAircraft Wiring Husbandry and Integrity.? Previousexperience gained within a Supervisory or Junior Management role.? Suitablyskilled in the use of general IT software tools.? Effective presentation skills andwell-developed problem solving skills.? Ability to plan, direct and prioritiseworkload in support of aircraft operational requirements.
