Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticket Issuer to join our team in Saudi Arabia, Eastern province. As a Ticket Issuer, you will be responsible for issuing tickets, managing ticket bookings, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Issue tickets, ensuring accuracy in ticket details and pricing.
  2. Assist with ticketing inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth ticketing process.
  4. Maintain and manage ticketing systems and databases..
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in ticketing or customer service roles.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing processes.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  6. Familiarity with ticketing systems and databases is a plus.
  7. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
