We are looking for THERMAL DESIGN ENGINEER[Heat Exchanger (Shell & Tube) & Air Cooler]? Review and understand project specifications and contract requirements.? Ability to perform the thermal design independently based on client inputs.? Ability to solve the errors arise during thermal design.? Ability to solve and clarify the technical queries raised by client.? Hands on use of HTRI software for thermal design.? Knowledge of Heat Exchanger Codes like TEMA, ASME, IBR, Shell DEPs, API 660/661, UOP Specifications.? Coordinates with clients/suppliers etc.? Assist estimation department for preliminary thermal design during bidding.? Assist engineering department to finalize heat exchanger size in order to proceed for mechanical design.? Should have worked with Licensor, Contractor and Consultant companies.? Manage & Control records.? Overall responsibility of Thermal Design.? Below are some specific areas require thermal design:? Design of fixed tube sheet, U tube, Floating tube sheet exchangers as per ASME UHX and TEMA Configurations. ? Thermal Design of Heat Exchangers include High Pressure D-type Exchangers, Steam Generators, Condensers, Refrigeration cycle Condenser and Evaporator, Horizontal and Vertical Thermosiphon Re-boilers, Kettle type Re-boilers. Thermal Design of Forced and Induced draft Air Coolers.? Thermal Design of Heat Exchanger for Hydrocracker unit, Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit, H2 Generation Unit, Crude Distillation Unit, Vacuum Distillation Unit, SRU Complex, Gas Cleaning facilities, Oil and Gas Plants.
