We are looking for Store Dispatch /Store Keeper / Assistant Maintain and update stock card on daily basis for steels, bolts, paints & electrodes. ii Maintain and update stock card for consumable. iii Maintain Material Receiving Report (MRR) originals serials wise. iv Maintain record for each shop worker for returnable items. v Register incoming materials & stamp supplier invoices to applicable job-codes. i Prepare Material Receiving Report & distribute what required to the concerned departments. ii Material & stock registration for all items including consumable. iii Coordinate with QC in materials inspection before off-loading and assist in of-loading. iv Receive raw materials & consumable as listed in the Purchase Order for Purchase Requisition. i Stock checking & request for items to be replenished & maintain minimum level of inventory. ii Check stock level of spare parts of those items, which are commonly used. iii Prepares purchase requisition when reaching the minimum stock & raise it to GM for approval. i Store clearance for those leaving the company.i Keep up to date record of delivery schedule contract wise. ii Maintain serial number wise for all delivery advise. iii Distribute delivery advice copies to concern departments. iv Hand over delivery advises to Accounts immediately when received back from the clients. v Coordinate with QC and checking of materials before loading. vi Supervise loading of fabricated materials. vii Prepare delivery advises contract wise (all items of delivery to be covered).Raw material such as beams, columns, pipes, chequered plates etc. to production through Material Controller. ii Paints, Brushes, Tools & other items required at shop, farm, camp sites. i Taking inventory. ii Train an Assistance to handle these duties while away for on leave. iii All the material in the yard should be fenced with the lockable chain. iv Ensure tools & equipments are properly stored & protected. 5 Purchasing of consumable items & preparing of Purchase Requisition.On a daily basis check lights, machinery & equipment & factory main doors are closed properly.
