We are looking for Station Controller for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The job holder is to control, supervise and coordinate train operations to ensure the safety and availability of train services are delivered on the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro railway. Responsibilities:Report incidents, failures or events that impact on safety and/or service performance to the Chief Controller in a timely and clear manner Coordinate service start-up, shut-down with the Chief Controller and Station Manager. Monitor passenger movement at stations and inform the Chief Controller of any operating conditions deviating from normal conditions Direct Station Masters, Assistant Station Masters during incidents and emergencies, monitor passenger levels at platforms via the CCTV system and regulate the service to mitigate capacity problems and overcrowding Coordinate with Hajj OCC during incidents and emergencies to mitigate capacity problems and overcrowding across stations. Issue permits to work/permits to access Perform shift and emergency duties when required Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Chief Controller and other senior department staff
