We are looking for Sr. Sales Engineer (Power Control Room or Modular Substation or E-House)Responsible on reviewing the relevant technical requirements provided by the client for the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES. Responsible for costing important components and finding suitable including HVAC, Fire and Gas, Instruments, lighting, DB?s, etc. needed for Prefabricated Buildings/PRC/PES. Responsible for costing, negotiation, securing and processing of customer purchase order of Prefabricated Buildings/PRC/PES. Negotiates special price and deliveries from suppliers. Submittal of Technical and Commercial Proposals and Quotations to Clients. Prepares Purchase Order Check List (POCL) and sets a meeting with Project unit and Engineering department for a proper handover of jobs where order conditions, change orders and other customer requirements are clearly relayed, where applicable. Provides costed Bill of Materials for each purchase order secured. Reviews inquiry packages and identify any missing documents which are not provided by customer in the inquiry. Coordinates internally with concerned department/unit for any technical clarifications. Responds to bid clarifications with regards to the submitted proposal. Conduct follow-up on the submitted proposal until the purchase order is issued. Attend meeting with clients related to the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES, where and when it is needed. Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are being implemented and maintained.
