Service Technician for Pressure Relief/Safety Valves (Saudi National)

Our Pressure Management (PRM) portfolio includes pressure and safety relief valves and regulators to offer our clients solutions whatever their needs.Based in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Technician will provide quality workmanship, professional and profitable after-sales support to the Emerson customer base for all Emerson Final Control products in Saudi Arabia and Middle East & Africa. This position is responsible for S ervicing & Testing of Emerson Final Control Pressure Management Products along with Various other manufactures.You will come from a Service workshop background and have previous experience in servicing Emerson Pressure Management products, and associated equipment. Also, you will have a strong knowledge of the various types of International standards and testing criteria and lastly you will have extensive knowledge in repairing safety valves and be willing to travel throughout MEA.ResponsibilitiesTesting, Assembling, tear down of new or used Safety Valves, Regulators.Assembly of instruments and accessories.Record progress on work on route card along with critical dimensionAbility to carry out Pre-Test and Final test values and produce final test certificate packagesPerform picking and parts preparation prior to assembly.Properly Tag the valve assemblies received for repairs.Store the used and un-used parts with proper identification tags.Applies procedures which are described in QA ManualMakes sure equipment is fully in line with serial card/customer data sheet/customer requirements.Maintain the work place in orderly and clean condition. Apply the 5S rules in the work place.Record progress on work on route card - Record test parameters in relevant systemsHandle equipment with proper care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance). Requirements? Relevant Technical certificate.? Minimum 2-3 years of technician level experience in reputed valve industry? Knowledge of all types of valves, actuators, and accessories,? Effective communications in English written and verbal? Ability to operate the valve testing machines (Ventil/Italco)?
