Job Description:A leading consultancy in KSA are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to develop and create designs for landscaped environments for major land developments, building sites, recreational lands, building sites and public spaces. The role will involve initial concept through detailed design development to detailed design and tender documents.Responsibilities include.Assist Project Managers in preparations of T&F proposals by providing related landscape information.Analyse environmental impact studiesPrepare landscape design presentations and story boardsManage presentation production and sample boardsPrepare land and hardscape specification, selections of materials and plantsPreparation of preliminary sketches and detailed design for both hardscape and landscapeLiaise with clients, contractors and stakeholdersRequirementsBA Honors degree in or Masters degree in Landscape ArchitectureMinimum of 15 years experience in design of large landscape projectsExperience in the GCCThorough knowledge of all aspects of landscape architectureFreehand presentation skills
