We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Senior General Technician with a proven track record in multi-disciplinary maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with extensive hands-on experience in managing a wide range of technical tasks efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across various domains.• Electrical Work: Repair and replace power outlets, light fixtures, and basic wiring.• Plumbing: Fix leaks, unclog drains, repair toilets, and replace faucets.• HVAC: Conduct basic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of split-unit air conditioning systems.• Civil & Finishing Work: Execute ceramic tiling repairs and installations, and perform interior and exterior general painting.• Upholstery: Carry out basic repairs and maintenance of furniture and fixtures.• Sewage/Drainage: Handle cleaning and basic maintenance of manholes and drainage systems.Mandatory Requirements:• A minimum of 10 years of proven, local experience as a General Technician.• Strong, hands-on knowledge in ALL the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, AC Maintenance, Ceramic Tiling, General Painting, Upholstery, and Sewage/Drainage.• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor and work in various conditions.
