Job Description

The job holder of this position is responsible for implementing day-to-day personnel operations, managing confidential certificates, handling employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies.Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Implement activities under minimal supervision.Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure timely and efficient resolution.Administer employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and overall absenteeism.Ensure adherence to the organization’s personnel rules and regulations.Follow up with employees regarding medical certificates for sick leaves and absence forms.Handle all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employee reimbursements.Issue and cancel access cards in line with security policies.Prepare welcome kits for new employee orientation sessions.Prepare absenteeism calculations for end-of-service settlements.Respond to employee inquiries on company policies and procedures.Handle and follow up on work visa and labor contract processes.Manage all governmental platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Absher.What you’ll need to succeed:3–5 years of experience in HR operations and Government Relations.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the GCC.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
