Our highly experienced Technical Support Team provide pre-job planning, delivery and post-job wellbore intervention support for our extensive range of technology products and tools for oil & gas industry.Partner with the bestIn this role, you will be responsible for advising the CWI team on key applications and operational issues as outlined by the Service Delivery Technical manager - this may involve field failure investigation, new technology introduction and contact with client/customers.This role ensures flawless execution by working alongside the teams focused on technical job planning, job optimization and execution. This position is accountable for the service delivery performance for the assigned region and product portfolio as well as driving service delivery productivity. The position works in close collaboration with the various Service Delivery Managers within the region to drive consistency and execution excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost and cash collection.As the CWI Senior Applications Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to the organization by inspiring commitment and engagement through setting a clear vision and direction.
  • Creating and executing product line strategy and goals to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations.
  • Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service delivery within the region.
  • Implementing and measuring KPIs associated with the product line to understand customer and market demands.
  • Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary.
  • Actioning any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvement.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelors degree or equivalent professional experiences.
  • Have total 20+ years of relevant WBI/WBC/Drilling experiences with at least 10+ years in the field.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention.
  • Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Have thorough knowledge and experience in whipstocks, fishing, milling, etc.
  • Have thorough knowledge and experience in liner system.
  • Show a clear understanding of the business, customers, and competitors, in order to innovate value for our customers.
  • Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
