Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available forSection Head, Security Assurance & Awareness Reports to Manager, Digital Security. Job purpose: Leads a small team to collect information and perform inspection on IT security from different departments. Implements and operates information security management system to monitor, analyze and report security risks. Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain information security management framework based on ISO 27001 & NIST with continuously up-to-date information security policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Lead, perform and facilitate internal and external IT audits against standards and regulations. Plus performing various self-assessments against industry frameworks to identify weaknesses and gaps.
  • Collects and manages records collected for audits and inspections on IT security from different IT departments.
  • Manage, monitor and control the IT efforts towards closure of audit findings and communicating with interested parties and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the information security.
  • Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive information security program to ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and recovery of EBS assets.
  • Understand and interact with related EBS department to ensure the consistent application of security policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services, including privacy, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.
  • Ensure that security is embedded in the project delivery process by providing the appropriate information security policies, practices and guidelines.
  • Work effectively with business units to facilitate information security risk assessment and risk management processes and provide regular reporting on the status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders.
  • Create and manage a targeted information security awareness training program for all employees and approved system users and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of this security training program for the different audiences.
  • Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with the enterprise business continuity management (BCM) program goals,
  • Coordinate the development of implementation of incident response plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event provide direction, support and in-house consulting in these
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable with 3 years supervisory experience
  • Managing Performance.
  • IT Contingency Management and Disaster Recovery.
  • Managing People.
  • Managing and Improving IT Processes.
