Job Description

  • Wholesale Sales Specialist - Coffee Shop Products ( Beans and Barista Tools )
  • Location : Riyadh
As a Wholesale Sales Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new coffee shop and restaurant clients, while nurturing and growing relationships with our existing customers. Your primary focus will be on sales and revenue generation within the coffee industry, necessitating a deep understanding of coffee products and equipment and the ability to provide tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Devise and execute a strategic sales plan to broaden our customer base, increase revenue, and achieve and exceed sales targets within the coffee shop and restaurant sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but surpassed. Deliver personalized solutions founded on customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth expertise in our coffee beans, equipment, and related products, effectively conveying their features and benefits to potential and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay well-informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Tools: Employ CRM systems and other sales tools to efficiently manage leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to harmonize sales efforts with the companys overarching strategy.
  • Reporting: Regularly furnish reports and updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee industry or a related field.
  • Strong comprehension of coffee products, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
