We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with proven expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong technical knowledge of BMS solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships within the Saudi market.Key Responsibilities:• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for BMS systems across Saudi Arabia.• Promote the company’s BMS portfolio (HVAC controls, lighting control, energy management, security & access systems).• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and product demonstrations.• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and project specifications.• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and end-users to ensure solutions meet project needs.• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support business growth.• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategy.• Coordinate design, estimation, and technical teams for proposals and timely project execution.• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or related field.• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales of BMS / ELV / Automation systems in Saudi Arabia.• Strong knowledge of BMS products (Honeywell, , Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium,• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
