Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazardsMonitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesInvestigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actionsDevelop and deliver safety training programs to employees and contractorsMaintain safety records, reports, and documentationCoordinate emergency drills and response plansCollaborate with management and regulatory bodies to ensure workplace safety standards are metPromote continuous improvement in safety practices and cultureQualifications & Experience:Minimum Higher Secondary education; diploma or degree preferredRelevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc.)Proven experience in safety supervision, preferably in industrial or construction environmentsStrong knowledge of local and international safety regulations
