Safety Officer – NEOM ProjectJob Location : Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities :•Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on site.•Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across project areas.•Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.•Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel.•Report, investigate, and document incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.•Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.•Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and client representatives on all HSE matters.•Maintain up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation as required.Requirements :•Qualification: Diploma in HSE or a related field.•Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE roles (construction / industrial projects).•Experience on NEOM projects is an added advantage.Certifications (Preferred):•NEBOSH•OSH Certification•NEOM HSE Approval (if available)•Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and site safety practices.•Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.Benefits :•Opportunity to work on a world-class NEOM development project.•Professional and safety-focused work environment.•Competitive salary and benefits package (details to be discussed during the interview).
