Key Responsibilities:•Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards•Monitor compliance with safety policies and legal requirements•Assist in the investigation of accidents and prepare reports•Organize and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks•Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and corrective actions•Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)•Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning•Collaborate with various departments to improve safety standards•Keep up-to-date with current health and safety legislationQualifications:•Minimum: Diploma / ITI / Vocational Certificate in Safety, Engineering, or related field•Preferred: Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety)•Basic knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001)•First aid and fire safety training is an advantage•Good understanding of workplace hazards and control measures
