Job Description

Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestAs a Resources Specialist, youll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.As a Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Resourcing deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics .
  • Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation .
  • Developing long range forecast for region resource needs .
  • Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
  • Working together with people from the business unit.
  • Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Assigning field hands based on competencies and drilling requirements.
  • Managing Field Work Force rotation

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
  • Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
  • Have good communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
