You typically have the objective of demonstrating through test or analyse the performance and implementation potential of a concept.In this role, you will be responsible for:.Leading and managing the Geoscience & Petroleum Engineering team for KSA from a discipline and business perspective..Being involved in conceptual or theoretical activities related to geology, geography, geophysics, geomorphology and other aspects of the earth..Managing headcount, revenue and cost in close collaboration and with full goal alignment with the product lines and countries within MENATI..Developing research programs, providing input to business as part of a function or business unit or midterm plan..Providing subsurface related advice and input to multi-disciplinary projects, from exploration through discovery and appraisal to field development and production to drive revenue and margin opportunity for Baker Hughes..Guiding and reviewing the provision of RTS work products to provide Best In Class solutions for Baker Hughes clients..Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods..Supporting sales project, developing technical solutions that fits clients needs. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Have a Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree in Geoscience or related earth science discipline .Have 10+ years of experience in geology/geography/geophysics/geomorphology or related aspects of RTS coupled with relevant P&L experience from a sales and service product line.Have at least 2-4 years of experience in a Team management role.Have good oral and written communication skills..Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems..Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects..Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs..Have established project management skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
