? Study of all kind of drawings like Architectural, Reinforcement and Structural detailing drawings.? Preparation of details Quantity take-off (Civil & Architectural) based on Approved Stamped Drawings with detailed BOQ specifications.? Preparation of summary with detailed measurement sheet Incl. related shop drawings submit to clients.? Coordinating with consultants, clients and subcontractors for smooth execution of works.? Taking Quantities, preparing, submitting and checking with Client Bills.? Preparing and submitting Non Bill of Quantities and Rate Analysis. ? Checking the all site activities during the execution as per the details BOQ specifications.? Preparation of Pre-Start Estimate (PSE) before start of the new project.? Preparing, Checking & scrutinizing and final certification of Sub contactor & specialized agencies for every fortnight along with labour costing report submit to RO.? Preparing the Reconciled Statement for all the major works for every month.Preparation of Daily progress tracking & monitoring.
