?Should be Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.?Should posses 12 years (min.) professional experience as Quantity Surveyor of mega projects which shall include but not limited to Housing, Highrise Buildings, Healthcare (preferably Hospital projects 200 Beds (min.)) and Hospitality projects.?Executed project cost should be not be less than SAR 200 Million?Should posses Gulf experience in SUPERVISION of mega projects in the relevant position.?Should posses expertise in quantity surveying of all disciplines, estimation & costing, price analysis, review of payment applications and variation orders?Experience in working with Primavera Project Planning P6 will have advantage .
