They are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and manage the quality improvement initiatives.DescriptionCBAHI Accreditation:Lead efforts to maintain and achieve compliance with CBAHI (Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) standards.Prepare and coordinate the hospitals accreditation processes, including documentation and on-site surveys.Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous readiness for accreditation.Policy and Procedure Management:Develop, review, and update hospital policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.Ensure that all staff are informed and trained on relevant policies and procedures.Monitor compliance with established policies and procedures across all departments.Patient Safety:Implement and oversee patient safety programs and initiatives.Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Promote a culture of safety within the hospital by educating staff on patient safety protocols.Quality Improvement:Lead quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to implement quality improvement strategies.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular reports on quality performance, patient safety, and accreditation status for senior management.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to quality management activities.ProfileThe ideal candidate for the Quality Manager role is :Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health care quality management, with a focus on accreditation and patient safety.Familiarity with CBAHI accreditation standards and processes.Strong understanding of health care policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsJob OfferThe successful candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary plus medial insurance and annual flight ticket.
