We are looking for QA QC Manager for Saudi Arabia.Candidate should have Transferable IQAMA (MUST)Job Purpose: Builds Managing, developing and implementing QA/QC policies and procedures to make sure the high standards of quality in the organization are achieved and maintained.Job Duties include but are not limited to: (1) The preparation of the companies QA / QC manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions. (2) Control and the distribution of all the companies? quality documentation. (3) Monitor all quality related activities on the project. (4) Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company?s management. (5) Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submitting. (6) Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirement with the project bidders. (7) Attend client quality management meeting. (8) The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. (9) Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirement. (10) Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommended and implement improvement when required. (11) Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer?s representative. (12) Monitor statistical method reporting. (13) Action and close all customer complain. (14) Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project. (15) The reviewing the site purchase order to ensure that the applicable requirements met. (16) The control of on site and off site vendor inspector. (17) The compilation of vendor inspection assignment packages. (18) The coordination and resolution of any non-conforming product reviewing vendors QA / QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements. (19) The attendance at site and inspection procurement meeting. (20) Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been currently translated into purchase requisitions and design documents. (21) Review supplier material certificate. (22) Coordinate with management for quality improvements. (22) Issue of non conformance reports. (23) Track all non conformance reports. (24) Coordinate all receipts inspections. (25) Distribute relevant QA/QC site documentation to subcontractors. (26) Participate in the site internal and external site audits. (26) Complete site quality control instructions action remedial responses. (27) Elaborating inspection and test programs. (28) Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
