We are looking for QA/QC ENGINEER Responsibilities 1) Overall supervision of the QA/QC Department 2) Guide the QC inspectors in the day to day inspection activities. 3) Allocate works to inspectors according to inspected production volume 4) Quality assurance with reference to contract requirements and codes for steel fabrication such as AWS,ASME & SSPC 5) Preparation of Quality Plans / Procedures and monitor their implementation. 6) Coordination with client for quality related matters. 7) Coordination with other internal departments for quality related matters 8) Verifying and approval of inspection reports 9) To ensure QC documentation, as per contractual requirements 10) To ensure information to Stores, regarding items cleared and ready for dispatch 11) Clearing of material receiving report MRR of raw materials with respect to material test certificates 12) Ensure control of drawing received from Engineering Department. 13) Ensure maintenance of steel traceability records. 14) Make optimum use of available resources. 15) To ensure maintenance of welder qualification 16) Work in co-ordinate with Manager to establish and maintain Quality Management System Documents (QMSD) and consequently arrange to have the factory qualified for ISO-2000:9001. 17) Reporting to the General Manager
