SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Provides periodic status reports on scheduled construction, designs projects and recommends courses of action for delayed projects.3. Reviews projects and develops project methods and procedures, gathers, analyses and interprets data relating to local planning action referrals, general plans, specific plans and development proposals.4. Conducts site visits and fields investigations as required.5. Uses project planning documents and output from the interactive planning process as a basis for developing the project schedule. 6. Obtains input from project team members, contractors, and end users to support the development of a baseline schedule and subsequently updates schedule progress and forecasting.7. Provides timely analysis and reporting to support the project team.8. Evaluates schedule alternatives to support project changes.9. Monitors projects progress to ensure its following the schedule. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time.10. Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.11. Tracks project performance to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.12. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.13. Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations.14. Follows all established Hospital related policies and procedures.15. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.16. Performs other related duties as assignedEducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field, Projects Management or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Masters or three (3) years with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates).Skilled in Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft project.- Non-Saudi Engineers must obtain minimum of five (5) years of related experience.- Saudi Council of Engineers license is required.
