Their projects are designed with environmentally friendly practices in mind, incorporating energy-efficient features and promoting community living.They are looking for an experienced Regional Project Director to be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects within the Central Region. This leadership role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Main Objectives: Oversee the entire project lifecycle for multiple real estate projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, procedures, and tools tailored to the real estate industry, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects. Lead and mentor teams, provide guidance, coaching, and performance management, empowering them to deliver successful projects. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks across multiple projects, implementing effective strategies to minimize negative impacts and ensure project continuity. Foster effective communication and stakeholder management strategies, maintaining transparency and collaboration among all parties involved in multiple projects. Compile and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ Years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or any related field. Proven experience in a senior Project Management role, preferably in real estate. Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing multiple projects.
