Procurement ManagerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities :•Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team with clear KPIs and performance reviews.•Build and maintain long-term supplier/vendor relationships and approved vendor lists.•Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and SLAs to secure best value.•Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance; implement cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.•Oversee PR/PO lifecycle, approvals, expediting, and on-time delivery of materials and services.•Partner with Finance, Operations, and Projects to align sourcing with demand forecasts and budgets.•Implement category strategies, supplier risk management, and compliance controls.•Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and ethical procurement practices.•Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for accurate data, reporting, and audit readiness.Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.•5+ years of procurement experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.•Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.•Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).•Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.•Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.Benefits :•Competitive compensation package.•Collaborative, growth-focused work environment.•Career development and continuous learning opportunities.
