Job Description

Responsibilities:• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure best prices, quality, and terms.• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis.• Manage contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance.• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet their needs.• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.• Lead and develop the procurement team.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.• Knowledge of procurement systems and supply chain processes.• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
