This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organizations chemical plant HSE strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies. The Plant HSE Manager will champion the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plant.As a Plant HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:.Meet customers HSE and quality expectations..Driving and promoting a strong HSE culture across the site..Ensure all safety procedures was implemented.Ensure all plant on low ar no risk.Ensure all Royal commission (RC) regulation were met.Ensure all Higher Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) requirement were met.Ensure plant security.Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Have Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field, preferably Chemical Engineering.. Having a minimum of 7+ years experience in the petrochemical industry and HSE / plant management.. Demonstrate solid experience in industry and a good experience in management.. Show solid knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and customer demands.. Have excellent written/verbal communication skills.. Have expertise in health, safety, and environment.. Ability to manage and develop the local team..
