Provide training, coaching and consultation support to Samref employees in Crafts positions.Assist in the preparation and administration of the development programs that qualify employees/trainees become crafts full position holders. Contribute also to the training of college students.SkillsEducational Requirements or Equivalent:Technical College Diploma and Formal Training Qualification.Previous Experience Required:7 Years minimum years of experience required in refinery / petrochemical experience, including experience as an instructor.Specialized Knowledge:Refinery processes, equipment and craftsmen skills. Communication abilities, both written and verbal. Computer skills and good knowledge in simulation system.
