Office Administrative Staff / SecretaryJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the team.•Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.•Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.•Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.•Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.•Assist with project coordination and track progress of tasks.•Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.•Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and functioning properly.•Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.Qualifications:•Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Administrative Staff/Secretary in the oil and gas field.•Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment.•Strong organizational and time-management skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.•Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is preferred.
