We are looking for OCC Manager for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The job holder is to oversee and manage all aspects of the OCC operations for the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro Responsibilities:Monitor service delivery and manage control room personnel and resources Advise the Deputy Operations Director of problems relating to service delivery matters in a proactive and timely manner Coordinate and oversee all aspects of control room operations with the Maintenance Department regarding subcontractor work on the main line covering guide way, stations, tunnel and depots Recommend, approve and implement actions resulting from an incident / emergency or safety and operational investigations Communicate and report details of incidents to senior management and public relations staff Develop Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions with control room staff, other managers within the organization, the Deputy Operations Director and the Operations Director Ensure that all controllers are adequately trained, assessed and certified in their particular function and provide additional support and training if necessary Conduct daily and weekly reviews of service delivery performance and prepare reports and provide data for the Deputy Operations Director and Operations Director on related information Manage all control room staff and resources to ensure the team is performing to the required standards and in compliance with the procedures and instructions Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Deputy Operations Director or Operations Director
