Our team plays an essential role in ensuring the delivery and of shipment of our products to our customers.Partner with the bestAs a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will take ownership for planning and scheduling materials delivery to our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and supply chain to translate demand into orders. You will ensure the successful delivery across multiple time-zones to meet customer requirements.As a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 mo) and global forecasts
  • Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders.
  • Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
  • Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
  • Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured
  • Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
  • Implementing inventory stocking strategies
  • Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Associates Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience in inventory planning and scheduling
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience working on SAP
  • Have some exposure to MRP functionality (preferred)
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues quickly in a fast moving environment
  • Have excellent excel skills
