This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, assisting in campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Category Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for assigned product categories.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within assigned product categories.
  • Compile and organize research findings into actionable reports and presentations for use in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Coordinate content production schedules and manage content distribution across various marketing channels.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze social media data to gain insights into audience behavior, content performance, and overall social media ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in drafting and disseminating impactful press releases, managing crisis communications, and coordinating various events.
  • Engage with government agencies to participate in or sponsor events and social activities that align with the organizations objectives.
  • Conduct brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications within assigned product categories.
  • Ensure quality assurance checks on marketing materials to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product launches, sales objectives, and overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and solicit feedback on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation platforms).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field..
