We spent our first 5 years doing everything from opening 5-star hotels to operating 1,000+ capacity nightclubs, from developing UK market-entry strategies for global brands to developing F&B concepts for investors and just about everything in between.TGP brings a unique multidisciplined approach to hospitality offering world class brand development, inspired by passion, integrity & hard work, delivering quality results through customer focused solutions.Our clients are hotel owners, operators, property developers, entrepreneurs that all work in food and beverage and are either looking for restaurants, operate restaurants or want to create their own restaurants.One of our key projects is Al Mamlaka at Kingdom Centre in Riyadh which just opened in September 2023. As a first for Saudi Arabia, Social Dining at Al Mamlaka is set to be a world leading Food Hall in the heart of Riyadh, in the iconic Kingdom Centre building. TGP services include market research, strategy, concept development, brand curation, interior design, graphic design, and marketing.As part of the marketing, we are responsible for delivering the following, and require a Marketing Manager to join the team to support our Country Manager to deliver:

  • Development of Communication Strategy & Launch plan
  • Copywriting and press release
  • Social media marketing strategy, content calendar & daily management
  • Activation strategy including opening events & collaboration
  • Management of photography and video
  • Action & Rollout Plan - Management of pre-opening marketing checklist and activities tocover all aspects to ensure a successful opening
  • Website build
MissionPosition Al Mamlaka as the Kingdoms first foodhall, creating a must-visit destination achieving required footfall targets to deliver a world-class consumer experience through innovation, passion and expertise.Role
  • Work alongside Country Manager to achieve brand revenue/budget targets
  • Develop brand strategies and marketing calendar for Al Mamlaka
  • Implement digital marketing plan including website and tactics/big hitters to generate footfall
  • Develop PR plan and priorities and manage day to day
  • Plan and execute all marketing activities, including social media, events, activations, andpartnerships
  • Act as brand ambassador for the venue and be in the know for all local activity
  • Liaise and manage sponsorships, event attendance and local community support
  • Plan and organize creative & innovative events for opening and launches of new initiatives
  • Invite key media and influencers to support initiatives
  • Blogger and influencer outreach and engagement
  • Develop and recommend partnerships that are aligned with brands
  • Recommending and liaising with restaurant partners and third parties
  • Brand guardian of all customer touchpoints
  • Overall responsibility for brand channels
  • Tracking and measuring overall efforts, delivering weekly reports and comprehensive reports monthly
  • Pre-opening planning for all new openings including securing all handles/URLs and implementing strategy
  • To support with additional brand projects (as required), developing and executing marketing plans on behalf of our clients
RequirementsRequirements
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Previous marketing hospitality experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Experience working on B2C brands
