As the Marketing Director, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team and shape the marketing initiatives that will support our continued success.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies in alignment with the companys goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to inform marketing strategies and positioning
  • Oversee the branding and messaging efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with the companys core values and mission
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization, social media campaigns, and email marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for market penetration and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the hospital and healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, principles, and best practices
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
