Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with daily administrative and client-related tasksFollow up with clients on quotations, documentation, and equipment statusCoordinate collection of customer timesheets and signed documentsPrepare and maintain sales records, reports, and rental quotationsCommunicate with internal teams regarding operations, logistics, and financeBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsStay updated on product knowledge and rental proceduresParticipate in weekly sales reviews and internal meetingsSupport lead generation and identify new opportunitiesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)0–2 years of experience in sales or equipment rental (construction/equipment background preferred)Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Good communication and follow-up skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and a team playerSelf-motivated with a willingness to learnValid UAE or KSA driving license (mandatory)
