We are looking for Information Controller for Saudi ArabiaJob Summary The job holder is to provide prompt, up-to-date, and clear information from the OCC to passengers at stations and on trains for the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro railway. Responsibilities:Provide prompt, up-to-date and clear information from the control centre to passengers at stations and on trains. Assist Traffic Controllers by organizing external communications Make public announcement to passengers at station and on board trains when necessary Monitor status of station equipment and train operation Liaise with station staff and ensure all train movements are coordinated during abnormal operation Supporting front line staff in incident and emergencies recovery by summoning support from emergency services, including Saudi Police, Civil Defence and Ambulance Service Perform shift and emergency duties when required Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Chief Controller and other senior department staff
