Job SummaryOur Client based in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh is looking for HR Supervisor.JD:? Assist on developing and preparing various policies and procedures.? Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.? Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees etc on monthly basis for each department.? Help to conduct manpower planning .? Updating job description .? Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans .? Developed a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.? Post openings in websites, newspaper, advertisements.? Screening resumes, sources applicants blue and white collars who meet the specified criteria for the position? Check candidates reference with their previous employers.? Handle appraisal process for new employees blue and white collars after their preparation period.? Conduct new employee s orientation programs.? Assist in preparing monthly HR reports.? Conduct exit interview.? Keep training records and files up to date.? Follow-up with medical insurance Co.Requirements:Skills:? Able to Assist in communicating effectively with employees and management team to proactively meet the needs of the company staff.? Able to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines effectively.? Able to assist in implementing HR functions.? Adapts to changes in the work environment and manages competing demandsEducation and Experience:? University degree , certificate in Human resources, is a preferable? Ability to speak/write English fluently? 5 -7 years of HR experience? Thorough knowledge of Labor Law, Company s procedures and operation? Good computer knowledge
