HR SpecialistJob Location : Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities :•Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.•Manage timesheets, attendance, and leave tracking; prepare monthly summaries.•Process HR transactions on GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad (e.g., onboarding, transfers, wage protection).•Support recruitment coordination: posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.•Prepare HR letters (salary/experience/NOC) and routine reports.•Assist with probation confirmations, performance review cycles, and policy implementation.•Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and with PRO/consultants for visa/Iqama workflows.•Ensure compliance with KSA labor law and internal policies.Requirements :•2+ years of experience in HR (KSA).•Working knowledge of GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad and core HR tasks/timelines.•Good English communication and strong computer skills (Excel/HRIS).•Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong follow-through.•Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field preferred.
