You will be working as part of a highly tuned team, developing processes and ways of working together to support the family.You will be an outstanding Housekeeping Supervisor, with great leadership skills, willing to travel and go wherever required. You may have gained your experience from hotels, restaurants, private households, cruises or similar.Benefits:? Average salaries will be approximately 40,000 per annum or 17,000 SAR per month, including uniform, meals and accommodation/allowance.? The value of an Economy Class Ticket to Passport Country a year (for up to 5 family members resident in Saudi Arabia including the employee).? Training will be provided for all successful candidates.You must be:? Fluent in English, you will have a valid passport.? Flexible, adaptable, able to work under pressure and respond instantly to changing demands.? Ensure that the housekeeping operations of the household meet the highest standards at all times.? Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.? Work directly with the Management team.? Ensure that all the immediate family, friends, close staff and all other parties involved with the private household receive the service required and to respond accordingly when necessary.? Resilient, responsible and an independent thinker, exceptional ability to manage the details.
