Department: HousekeepingReporting To: Executive Housekeeper / Operations ManagerLocation: [Insert Property Name]Experience: Minimum of 3 years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Job Purpose:To supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor completion.• Inspect cleaned rooms and public areas for quality assurance.• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to housekeeping staff.• Onboard new staff and ensure proper implementation of procedures.• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and follow up as needed.• Monitor cleaning supplies and request restocking when required.• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and submit to management.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Qualifications & Skills:• High school diploma (Hotel management diploma is a plus).• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, including 1+ year in a supervisory position.• Strong leadership and organizational skills.• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including 1 hour of rest.Work Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jazan City)
