Job Description

AtkinsRealis is looking forHead of IT BRMs and BAs (Neom Site) , in NEOM KSA.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Relationship Managers and Business Analysts including but limited to managing day to day activities, coaching, development, evaluation, resourcing and performance management.
  • Provides strategic and technical leadership for business relationship & analyst teams. Works closely with IT Project Management Office to ensure project delivery is in line with the business requirements.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to THE LINE business. Understands business strategies and works with the Information System organization to enable these strategies
  • Establishes resource plans to meet long-term business needs and opportunities. Responsible for overall BRM organizational effectiveness.
  • Defines and organizes IT work with other THE LINE IS leaders on initiative prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Ensures that software solutions delivered across THE LINE Information Systems organization meet business requirements & deliverables.
  • Maintains strong relationships with business stakeholders and actively collaborates across all levels of the organization
  • Effectively communicates and translates complex business concepts and narratives into tangible IT requirements, and vice-versa.
  • Develops and manages the departments budget and forecasts.
  • Directs the alignment of business strategies with technology roadmaps through the analysis, review of current and alternative business processes, applications systems and technology alternatives.
  • Align with business on the portfolio of programs, projects and applications and ensure that the Information Systems long term plan and budget are aligned.
  • Engages with Information Systems Strategy team to establish the systems strategy and portfolio of system enhancements and change requests facilitating the associated IT governance processes aligned with business change, business needs, and stakeholders review and approval process.
  • Manage issues and risks within effective timeframes for optimal business outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the business to enhance business delivery through information solutions and business process improvement. Evaluates and analyses the business processes and provides the application of systems functionality and integration, deployment, and support services.
  • Manage or over-see the management of initiatives that arise from business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Masters degree in MIS or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years related IT and business experience, and at least 5 years of Information Technology management experience
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Experienced in project management tools, diagramming tools and MS Office suites.
  • Experienced with products such as JIRA, AzureDevOps or similar products.
  • One or more of the following certifications: SAFe Agile, PMP or CBRM
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop strategic goals, prioritize, allocate resources, and establish performance measurement for tracking results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage across business processes, business units and functions in the organization.
  • Strong change management experience which demonstrates the ability to take a holistic viewpoint i.e., people, process, and technology
  • Experience in engaging with and presenting to senior and executive leadership.
  • Expertise in planning and executing cross-functional projects
  • Experience with the software development life cycle.
  • Experience in project management including budget, scope, risks, and schedule.
  • Experience and ability to work independently, particularly as a member of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management, staff, and suppliers.
