Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Growth Product Manager to drive the expansion andsuccess of our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions through innovative growth strategies. The idealcandidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a proven trackrecord of driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth specifically for SaaS products.Responsibilities:Utilize market intelligence and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the SaaS market, marketsegments, and potential product expansions.Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, andretention for our SaaS solutions, aligning with overall business objectives.Identify, prioritize, and champion features or product enhancements that align with growth objectives forour SaaS offerings, working closely with the core product development team.Optimize customer engagement across various SaaS channels to improve conversion rates and enhancethe overall SaaS product experience to drive growth.Establish and monitor key metrics related to user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral specificto our SaaS solutions, using data to inform decision-making and optimize growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, andproduct development to align growth strategies with overall business objectives for our SaaS solutions.Stay abreast of emerging SaaS industry trends, customer behavior shifts, and competitive offerings toidentify new growth opportunities and potential disruptions in the SaaS market.Requirements:Proven experience in product management, with a focus on driving growth and expansion strategies forSaaS products.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage SaaS-specific data to inform growth strategies andmeasure performance.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams andcommunicate SaaS growth strategy updates to internal stakeholders.EducationBachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. A masters degree orMBA is a plus.
