Job Purpose-To Support Enpro & its Affiliates in network, hardware & software.Duties:? Monitoring and maintaining Internet, Networks, Software?s and all related IT Equipment?s.? Updating windows software?s and Antivirus.? Performing daily security level checks for network and software?s.? Performing daily & Scheduled backup for database.? Troubleshooting Network problems, Software, Hardware faults and replacing hardwaredamaged parts? Maintaining and checking Software?s, and User Licenses? Maintaining Time & Attendance devices.? Maintaining & Checking remote connection for online applications.? Setting up and configuring new IT equipment?s for new users.? Setting up new user accounts and complete them with User Name and Password? Maintaining Servers, Active Directory User.? Responding to issued IT troubleshoot tickets through Emails, calls or portals.? Assumes other duties as assigned by Manager of IT.
