Purpose : To Support Post Acquisition Integration.Description of Task : Shall Lead the integration and Service Portfolio of the companies involved in the Acquisition.Key Responsibilities : To ensure the full and complete Integration in-line with the Post Integration Plan and governance as well executing the business plan utilized as part of the Valuation.Skills Required : Previous experience in integration of small companies into an international service provider, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, grit, drive, Middle East experience, ability to understand business plans and strategic visions.Qualifications : Business Management/Economics degree or similar.- French literacy will be a benefitThis is a temporary position for 12-18 months and may extended depending on performance
