Supporting and interacting cross-functionally we improve manufacturing processes.Partner with the bestThe Fulfillment Leader plays a pivotal role in developing, coordinating and leading fulfillment within the plantAs a Fulfillment Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and monitor the jobs throughout the manufacturing cycle.
  • Leading the coordination between the different functions e.g. Materials, Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Sourcing to mitigate any risk and meet the customer on-time delivery.
  • Leading job status communications to OTR.
  • Feeding the plant with changes on customers requests and follow through fulfilment.
  • Driving proactive measures to mitigate any risks/issues hindering OTD.
  • Leading IC coordination and OSP fulfilment.
  • Ensuring cost optimization during execution.
  • Working jointly with Logistics and Sourcing on reducing the need for premium transportation.
  • Developing and leading metrics review all plant function.

  • Have a bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and supply chain.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Have experience in project management.
  • Demonstrate business management and financial skills.
  • Experienced in leading cross functional teams.
