The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction of interior finishingprojects assigned. The successful candidate mustpossess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage andprofessionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client whilesuccessfully directing the projects coordinator, Finishing coordinator and finishingengineers . Candidatemust be professional and a personable leader committed to the overallobjective and self-development within the company.Responsibilities:adhering to the project schedule.Closely work with subcontractorsaccess to the site , deployment of labours and deployment of MaterialssArrange the area of works cleared of precedent activity.Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with designteam/client as well as effectively lead the trades.Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a daily basis.Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site .
