*Major Work Tasks :? Ensure & monitor machine production plan implement effectively.? Assist machine operators during job setting on the printing press if needed.? Prepare all the necessary material in advance as per the production plan.? Monitor quality standards, including checking and inspection of during job printing on the machine,? Monitoring regularly and frequently the equipment and resources of the Print Unit to ensure that the best technical use is maintained.? Check the quality of printing plates & coating blanket s b4 inserting on the press.? To monitor staff and resources engaged in the Printing functions to ensure full operational coverage at a minimal cost at all times during operating hours.? Assist supervisor for supervising a training programs for all new and existing staff in the use of new and existing equipment.? Allocating work to staff to maintain deadlines set & allocates required manning on each printing machine.? Assist supervisor during preparing and ensuring standard safe operating procedures.? Make sure all the production or machine output mentioned or recorded on respective job bag.? Operating the printing presses within the cost parameters set by the management and reporting regularly on production and cost targets. Ensuring all materials and hours worked charged to respective job bag.? Ensure printing machines preventive maintenance program will be strictly followed.?
