Our team partners with cross-functional teams on inland or offshore rigs to add value to oil well extractions and provide support to the success of our field operations.Partner with the bestAs a Field Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.As a Field Supervisor - Wireline, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services
  • Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
  • Leading and developing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects
  • Showing flexibility and be adaptable to changes to accommodate operations timing, travel requirements and hitch duration
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering
  • Have 10 years experience in Wireline Services and operations
  • Have experience in through bit deployment and memory logging
  • Show the ability to adapt and change in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Have an excellent awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks
  • Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
